Senior Construction Executive

This role presents an exceptional opportunity to shape the delivery of multiple projects across NSW, fostering collaboration and accountability.

You will lead and oversee the successful delivery of large-scale commercial construction projects, valued at $40M+, ensuring efficient, safe, and high-quality outcomes.

The Role

As Senior Construction Executive, you will provide strategic and technical leadership to project teams, driving performance, innovation, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage project delivery, ensuring timely completion, quality, and safety standards are met.
  • Develop and implement strategic initiatives to strengthen business capabilities and client trust.
  • Provide coaching, mentoring, and guidance to project teams, promoting a culture of growth and excellence.
  • Manage stakeholder engagement, acting as the primary client contact across all projects.
  • Drive innovation, improvement, and cost savings through process enhancements.
Required Experience:
  • Minimum 6 years' experience in Senior Project Management or leadership roles working for a head contractor.
  • Proven track record delivering complex commercial construction projects.
  • Strong leadership skills, with ability to build trust and long-term relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • High-level financial literacy, contract knowledge, and project controls expertise.
