Job Title: Trade Support Specialist

The Trade Support Specialist will provide assistance to Field Service Technicians in maintaining and repairing reverse vending machine installations to ensure maximum uptime and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supporting technicians in carrying out scheduled maintenance to reduce unplanned downtime of RVM installations
  • Maintaining and repairing equipment to ensure optimal performance, managing planned repairs and unplanned breakdowns effectively
  • Carrying out regular machine upgrades as required
  • Diagnosing and troubleshooting fundamental issues with machinery that may be mechanical or electrical in nature
  • Responding to work orders as needed
  • Reporting on service assignments and faults
  • Driving for long periods and attending to occasional call-outs outside your area
  • Providing excellent customer service to partners and members of the public
  • Cleaning equipment and prioritising safety in all aspects of work
Requirements:
  • Strong technical skills and knowledge of maintenance procedures
  • Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot complex issues
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Physical ability to drive and attend to field-based work
