Job Description

Our organization is seeking a dedicated and proactive Security Specialist to join our team. In this key role, you will play a vital part in maintaining a safe, secure, and welcoming environment for guests and staff.

As a Security Specialist, your primary responsibilities will include proactively patrolling the property, responding to incidents and emergencies, and collaborating with management to ensure the integrity of hotel operations and guest experience.

Key aspects of the job include:

  • Conducting regular patrols of lobbies, corridors, and public areas to detect disturbances, suspicious behavior, and safety risks.
  • Responding promptly and calmly to emergencies, accidents, or security concerns, securing assistance as needed.
  • Interacting professionally with guests, team members, and local authorities to resolve issues efficiently.
Requirements and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you must possess:

  • Experience in security, loss prevention, or a guest-facing safety role.
  • Strong verbal communication skills to interact effectively with diverse groups.
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
