Are you a seasoned security professional ready to lead with confidence and make a real impact? MSS Security is seeking a Retail Security Supervisor to oversee operations at Stockland Birtinya, ensuring the safety and security of the site through effective leadership and adherence to company protocols.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and support the on-site security team daily
  • Conduct thorough inductions for new staff in line with MSS policies
  • Prepare reports and advise on disciplinary actions when required
  • Ensure contract compliance and maintain high standards of quality control
  • Act as the primary contact between the client and MSS operations
  • Operate and maintain all site-specific security equipment

What You Bring

  • Proven experience in supervisory roles within the security industry
  • Calm and confident leadership under pressure
  • Strong computer literacy, including Microsoft Office
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Solid understanding of security protocols and procedures

Essential Requirement

  • Current QLD Security Licence (Unarmed, Monitoring, Crowd Control)
  • Full working rights in Australia
  • Certificate II or above in Security Operations
  • Full QLD Driver's Licence (no restrictions)
  • Valid First Aid and CPR certifications (or willingness to obtain)
  • Experience in retail or customer-facing environments (highly desirable)
