Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our dynamic team. As the Talent Acquisition Team Lead, you will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of the talent acquisition team and achieving the broader strategic goal of attracting exceptional people.

This is a permanent full-time position based in our modern, open-plan central office at Kedron. Working 38 hours per week, Monday to Friday.

The key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting the regional partners in filling shifts of their sites
  • Building insightful segmented reporting to present and highlight the health of the relief pool across the state
  • Working closely with the operations and learning teams to provide an engagement calendar of professional development and cultural opportunities to the members of our relief pool
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to hold or be willing to obtain:

  • A Paid Blue Card or Exemption Card
  • A Police Check current within 3 months or willingness to obtain one
  • Any relevant HR, Marketing & Communications or Business qualifications will be highly regarded
