About the Role

Rimfire Resources is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Commercial Manager to join their team in the southern region of Australia. As a key member of the sales team, you will be responsible for driving commercial activities within the territory to achieve targets of sales turnover, market share, profitability, product mix, and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with rural resellers and distributors through proactive sales and marketing activities.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives and grow market share.
  • Collaborate with the SA State Manager to identify opportunities and develop plans to achieve sales targets.
  • Provide market insights and competitor analysis to inform business decisions.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market trends.
Requirements
  • 5 years' experience in sales or marketing within the agricultural sector.
  • Background in agronomy/farming and knowledge of crop protection products.
  • Strong relationship building and account management skills.
  • Good organisational and time management skills.
  • Solid communication and interpersonal skills in a commercial environment.
  • Agsafe accreditation.
