Fire Prevention Specialist

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Fire Safety and Security Officer. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of patients, staff, visitors, and the general public while on health service land.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide facility, building, and asset security
- Protect personal safety of patients, staff, visitors, and the general public
- Regularly monitor the environment and provide emergency response services
- Certificate II or III in Security Operations and Class 1 Security License QLD (desirable)
- Well-developed knowledge in methods, techniques, and procedures involved with provision of Fire Safety and Security services within a healthcare setting
- Demonstrated successful communication, oral, and written skills relevant to the position, including conflict resolution skills
- Ability to actively participate in a working environment supporting quality human resource management practices
