We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Principal Design Engineer to join our dynamic design and survey team. The successful candidate will have expertise in civil infrastructure design, particularly roads, traffic management items, and drainage.

The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising the design engineers and providing leadership and guidance to the team. They will also be required to work collaboratively with other teams and stakeholders to deliver projects on time and within budget.

">Required Skills and Qualifications:">
  • ">
  • 4-year degree qualification in Civil Engineering and Registered Professional Engineers (RPEng) status in accordance with the Professional Engineers Registration Act 2019.">
  • Minimum 15 years experience and expertise in civil infrastructure design, particularly roads, traffic management items, and drainage.">
  • Expertise in the operation of computer-aided design software – Civil site design, Autocad and other engineering software packages, including traffic management software and Council's IT Software.">
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.">
  • Ability to supervise and lead a team and work as a team member.">
