">The Operations Director will be responsible for leading and developing a high-performing operations team to achieve organisational goals.

- Lead, develop and inspire a high-performing operations team to achieve organisational goals.">
- Collaborate with operational leaders to optimise the use of resources and deliver safe, efficient, and sustainable services.">
- Champion excellence in service delivery through strong leadership, innovative practices, and robust operational planning.">
- Develop service budgets in conjunction with the operational leadership team, and provide budget stewardship for all services, projects and programs.">
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key external stakeholders across the state.">
Requirements
">To be considered for this role, you will require:

- SIGNIFICANT experience leading and managing diverse teams, with the ability to inspire, influence, and build effective relationships across all levels.">
- Highly developed leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the capacity to align people and resources towards shared goals.">
- A strong understanding of contemporary human resource management and organisational performance practices.">
- Demonstrated resilience, adaptability, and sound decision-making skills in complex and high-pressure environments.">
- Tertiary qualifications in Business Management, Operations or other relevant discipline, or demonstrated equivalent relevant experience.">
