South Australia Regional Operations Leader

Australia's leading charity is seeking an experienced leader to provide strategic and operational direction across its services in South Australia. The successful candidate will be accountable for the day-to-day operations, workforce, and supporting infrastructure enabling the delivery of aeromedical, charter, and ambulance services.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead the development and implementation of operational strategies to enhance service delivery
- Mange and develop a high-performing team to achieve business objectives
- Oversee the management of resources, including budgeting and financial planning
- Proven leadership experience in a similar role or industry
- Strong operational management skills, with ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
