About the Role
">We are currently seeking an experienced Senior Asset Manager to join our team in Brisbane. As an integral member of our successful team, this role offers an excellent opportunity to manage several commercial, retail, and industrial assets within a highly regarded client's portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
">- Manage the financial performance of the assets and provide recommendations to clients.
- Implement and maintain orderly lease administration procedures.
- Assist with monthly financial reporting.
- Regular liaison with owners and tenants to ensure expectations are being met.
- Build strong relationships with other Property Managers and Facilities Managers.
- Control the collection and reconciliation of funds.
Requirements
">To be successful in this role, you will require:
- Professional experience within the commercial property management discipline.
- Strong working knowledge of building services and real estate market activities, developments, and trends to assess possible implications on tenancy, financial, and physical aspects.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to remain focused on specific tasks.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to deal with multiple matters and work to strict deadlines.
- Ability to communicate at all levels and build effective and professional relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Current and valid QLD Certificate of Registration.
- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to work effectively under pressure.
- Proven ability to work in a dynamic task environment using prioritising and organisational skills, and think clearly under pressure.
- Experience using MRI.
- Excellent written communication skills.
- Strong accounting and numeracy skills.
