We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Care Assistant to join our team.
About the RoleThis is an opportunity for a caring individual to provide support and care to children living with disability in their own homes.
You will be responsible for delivering high-quality support services, promoting independence and well-being, and assisting clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and toileting.
Responsibilities- Provide personal care and domestic support to clients
- Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and toileting
- Prepare meals and snacks for clients
- Engage clients in activities that promote socialization and mental stimulation
- Paediatric experience preferred
- Manual Handling experience preferred
- First Aid and CPR certificates
- Working with Children Check (WWCC)
- Flexible shifts and consistent working hours
- Ongoing paid training and professional development opportunities
- 24/7 clinical on-call support
- Dedicated Engagement Coordinator to support career growth and development
- Paid study assistance and traineeships
