Car Park Attendant

We are seeking reliable and friendly individuals to join our team as Car Park Attendants. This role is ideal for those who enjoy creating positive experiences and providing excellent customer service.

About the Role

As a Car Park Attendant, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to customers and retailers. You will greet and assist customers on arrival and departure from the centre, support traffic management and navigation during busy car park periods, and maintain the car park's physical condition to a high standard.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional service to customers and retailers
  • Greet and assist customers on arrival and departure from the centre
  • Support traffic management and navigation during busy car park periods
  • Maintain the car park's physical condition to a high standard
  • Safely operate a buggy within the car park for safety checks or operational needs as required

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to:

  • Hold a provisional or full driver's licence (Manual or Auto) to operate a company buggy
  • Be available for shifts from September to February, including late nights, weekends, and public holidays (full availability in November and December is ideal)
