Strategic Financial Manager

The Financial Planning and Analysis Manager will play a critical role in driving the company's financial strategy, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis processes.
This position requires a strategic thinker with strong analytical skills to provide insights and recommendations to senior management for decision-making purposes.
Key Responsibilities- Support the Head of Financial Planning and Analysis in the annual budgeting process, including developing templates, coordinating inputs from various departments, and consolidating data.
- Manage rolling forecasts and long-term financial planning.
- Provide variance analysis between actual results, budget, and forecast, highlighting key drivers of performance.
- Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports to senior management.
- Analyse financial performance, including profitability and capital expenditures.
- Conduct in-depth analysis of business performance and identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
- Support business decision-making by providing financial models, sensitivity analysis, and scenario planning.
- Collaborate with department heads and business units to understand financial needs and provide financial insights.
- Advise on financial implications of strategic initiatives, such as new business opportunities, cost-saving measures, and investments.
