Talent Acquisition Specialist

Anglicare Southern Queensland is seeking a skilled Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team based in Fortitude Valley. As a key member of our Human Resources department, you will play a critical role in attracting and retaining top talent for our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate recruitment processes from start to finish, ensuring timely and effective delivery of high-quality candidates
  • Develop and implement sourcing strategies to attract top talent, utilizing tools such as Seek Talent Search and LinkedIn
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and provide guidance on best practices
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment and selection
  • Support the development of interview guides and participate in interview panels as required

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated experience in coordinating recruitment and selection processes, preferably in a large organization
  • Proven ability to leverage contemporary recruitment practices, including employment branding and selection methodologies
  • Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills, with the ability to establish and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite of products
