Cloud Infrastructure Specialist Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Cloud Infrastructure Specialist to build and maintain secure, scalable, and high-performing Microsoft Azure infrastructure in line with business requirements.

  • Built and maintained Azure infrastructure including compute, storage, networking, and component apps
  • Implemented security best practices and compliance policies in Azure, focusing on identity and access management, network security, and data encryption
  • Developed and documented support strategies, troubleshooting guidelines, and escalation procedures
  • Maintained a strong understanding of Azure subscription management for delivering cost-effective solutions
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A degree in Information Technology or at least five years' experience administering cloud-based technologies. Microsoft Azure certifications or willingness to attain
  • Good problem-solving techniques with the ability to clearly communicate
  • Prior MSP experience - Windows, Microsoft 365, Azure, SQL Server, HyperV/VMWare, Cisco/Aruba Networking, Sophos Firewall/Central Cloud
