Early Childhood Education Teacher

This is an opportunity to lead a 4 year old Kinder room and be part of a team that prioritizes creating a fun, supportive atmosphere for children to thrive.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor of Teaching (Early Childhood) or equivalent ACECQA approved teaching qualifications, valid VIT registration (Early Childhood), and experience in planning and implementing educational programs.

We are looking for someone who can maintain ongoing records of the children's development, program, and daily information, and guide team members with their professional development, individual goals, and performance.

The successful applicant will be committed to ensuring compliance with relevant Government Regulations, and will have a strong understanding of the National Quality Framework and EYLF.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and implement the educational program which values a holistic view of each child's development
  • Maintain ongoing records of the children's development, program, and daily information
  • Assist with daily room tasks such as activity preparation and mealtimes
  • Ensure compliance with relevant Government Regulations
  • Guide team members with their professional development, individual goals, and performance
Requirements:
  • Bachelor of Teaching (Early Childhood) or equivalent ACECQA approved teaching qualifications
  • Valid VIT registration (Early Childhood)
  • Experience in planning and implementing educational programs
  • Strong understanding of the National Quality Framework and EYLF
  • Effective implementation of pedagogy in your teaching practice
