Lead Early Childhood Education Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced leader to join our team. As a senior educator, you will play a key role in shaping the future of children's learning and wellbeing.

  • Support and mentor educators to reach their full potential and advance the quality of early childhood education and care.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain a safe environment for staff and children.
  • Build trusted relationships with families by fostering open communication and empathy.
  • Contribute to a culture that values diversity, equity, and inclusion.
  • Drive continuous improvement through effective planning, implementation, and evaluation of educational programs.

Requirements:

  • A Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education & Care or related field.
  • At least 2-3 years' experience in a leadership role within an early childhood setting.
  • Excellent knowledge of the National Quality Framework (NQF) and Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF).
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and mentoring skills.
  • A proactive, supportive, and collaborative leadership style.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team and build strong relationships with colleagues, parents, and the broader community.
