Enforcing Parking Regulations

The Parking Compliance Officer plays a vital role in maintaining the parking environment within the municipality. This includes enforcing parking restrictions, responding to and investigating reports of illegal parking, educating the community on parking-related matters, conducting regular patrol records, and assisting with monitoring Council's school crossings.

This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who enjoy working outdoors and are passionate about making a positive impact on their community. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in customer-facing roles and a good understanding of Part 12 of the Victorian Road Rules.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Enforce parking regulations across the municipality.
  • Respond to and investigate reports of illegal parking.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a customer service role.
