Early Childhood Diploma Room Leader Position

About the Role:
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Diploma Room Leader who can commit to their room and push our children to their full potential.
The successful candidate will work in collaboration with our experienced educators to create a nurturing and stimulating environment for our children.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality care and support for children aged 0 – 5 years old.
- Collaborate with colleagues to plan and deliver engaging educational programs.
- Foster positive relationships with children, families, and the wider community.
- Maintain a safe and clean environment that complies with health and safety regulations.
- Supervise and manage a group of children, do documentation, engage with children in play, and maintain professional wellbeing throughout the day.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Early Childhood Education or equivalent.
- Full time or part-time (4 days a week minimum).
- Minimum 1 – 2 years' experience working as a Room Leader or in a similar role.
- A genuine passion for working with young children and supporting their development.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong writing skills.
- Ability to work effectively within a team environment.
