Job Description:

The Worksite Wellness Program Manager will be responsible for designing, implementing, and evaluating worksite wellness programs that meet the unique needs of our employees. This includes developing strategies to promote physical activity, healthy eating, stress management, and other wellness initiatives that support employee health and productivity.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive wellness programs that address employee health and wellness needs
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate wellness initiatives into existing business operations
  • Conduct regular program evaluations and assessments to measure effectiveness and identify areas for improvement
  • Maintain accurate records and reports on program participation, outcomes, and return on investment

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., exercise science, public health, or a related field)
  • Board of Certification (BOC) certification or equivalent experience
  • State licensure/certification as required by state law
  • Current First Aid/CPR/AED certification

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Minimum of two (2) years of experience in athletic training or a related field
  • Knowledge of OSHA Recordability and worker's compensation regulations
