About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Consultant to Manager to join our Employment Tax team within the KPMG Workforce Advisory business. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing high-touch, value-add advisory and compliance services to a diverse client portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver complex tax advice, payroll and superannuation reviews, and tax managed services for some of Australia's largest employers.
  • Manage FBT engagements, wage compliance analysis, and payroll tax internal reviews and state revenue audits.
  • Work with large data sets using Microsoft Excel and other data-focused solutions.
  • Develop and implement creative solutions to complex problems.

About You

We are looking for an ambitious, growth-focused senior consultant or manager who is ready to join our team and help further build out the practice. You will have a strong understanding of Australian employment taxes and a demonstrated ability to think independently, manage engagements, and challenge the status quo.

Requirements

  • Strong Australian employment taxes experience.
  • Ability to work with large data sets using Microsoft Excel and other data-focused solutions.
  • Strong awareness of industrial instruments and their role in determining employees' entitlement to superannuation, wages, and various types of leave.
