About this role

We are seeking a Solutions Specialist to join our team in Melbourne. This is a key position that requires the development of innovative solutions using cloud, data, AI, and digital engineering.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Ensuring deliverables meet expectations through testing and implementation phases
  • Infrastructure setup requirement analysis system design and configuration deployment and Production Support
  • Engagement with internal technology teams to design and develop solutions
  • Implementing technical solutions efficiently based on business requirements
  • Analyzing data debugging technical issues and providing remediation
  • Providing input for project documents including functional and detailed design documents

About you

To be successful as a Solutions Specialist, you will need:

  • 5+ years experience in fraud or financial crime solutions
  • Hands-on tool customization and configuration
  • A good understanding of data mapping
  • Familiarity with data processing such as ETL, parsing, and data quality related issues
  • A clear understanding of data model and experience writing scenarios/patterns for detection
