The Position

As a Wilderness Defender - Charity Fundraiser, you will be part of a small and dynamic team engaging with people from all walks of life at various locations across the country. You will discuss the most urgent environmental issues and inspire people to join our movement by committing vital ongoing funding and support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Engage with the public at various locations to discuss environmental issues and promote our cause
  • Recruit and retain supporters by committing vital ongoing funding and support
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve our organisational goals
Requirements
  • Be over 18 years old
  • Able to commit to a minimum of 3 full days each week
  • An Australian or New Zealand citizen or holder of a valid working visa
  • A full or provisional driver's license and a vehicle

  • A great starting wage of $32.35 per hour with added performance bonuses
  • Flexible hours (Minimum 18 hours per week)
