Facilities Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Facilities Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations in our industrial spaces.

The ideal candidate will have experience in managing MEP work, project managing capital improvement projects and collaborating with equipment owners and Environmental Health and Safety team.

  • Manage routine safety inspections and maintenance planning
  • Partner with contractors and maintain records

The successful candidate will have strong multitasking, organizational and communication skills as well as electrical, mechanical and plumbing experience.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Oversee the management of industrial spaces
  2. Scope MEP work and project manage capital improvement projects
  3. Collaborate with equipment owners and Environmental Health and Safety team
  4. Maintain fire suppression, HVAC, plumbing, water tanks and other utility repairs
  5. Set the culture of the company by working with senior leadership
Requirements
  • 5+ years of related experience supporting manufacturing facilities
  • Technical training in plant engineering or maintenance
  • Strong knowledge of engineering concepts including electrical, hydraulic and mechanical systems
  • Knowledgeable and experienced in EHS management and operating forklifts, aerial man lifts and overhead gantry cranes and hoists
Preferred Qualifications
  • Facility or property management/coordinator experience
  • Experience in managing day-to-day operations and projects
