Job Description

We are seeking a qualified and enthusiastic Early Childhood Educator to join our team in delivering fun and engaging programs for primary school children. As an educator, you will work alongside a supportive team to create a welcoming and enriching environment that fosters the social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development of children aged 5-12 years old.

About the Role

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Facilitating exciting child-led activities, including STEM, sports, cooking, arts & crafts, and more
  • Building strong relationships with children, families, and the school community
  • Collaborating with a team of skilled educators to ensure a safe, fun, and engaging program

You will work split shifts Monday – Friday across the services opening hours, which include morning, afternoon, and holiday programs. We offer a competitive salary package, including paid public holidays and leave entitlements.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A relevant Diploma level qualification or higher to work with children in OSHC
  • A National Police Check and a Working with Children check
  • The ability to communicate clearly and confidently with children, families, and colleagues
  • An enthusiasm for working with children and making a positive impact on their lives
