A leading vacation ownership and travel membership company seeks a motivated Front Office Manager to join its dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Motivate and inspire the front office team to achieve exceptional results
  • Direct and promote a good working relationship between the various resort departments, encouraging teamwork and collaboration
  • Lead the recruitment, hiring, and training of all staff to ensure adequate staffing levels at all times within established guidelines
  • Assist the Resort Manager with planning, implementing, and monitoring policies and procedures to drive business success
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will have:

  • Proven leadership abilities, with experience in motivating and inspiring employees
  • Availability and flexibility to meet with clients, ensuring the highest standards are met and maintained, including working weekend shifts and public holidays
  • Demonstrated expertise in employee development, coaching, and discipline
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Proven ability to recognize and solve problems in the workplace, driving continuous improvement
  • Ability to multitask and work productively in a fast-paced, changing environment
  • Experience in Resort Hospitality Management, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction
