Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Project Coordinator to support our team in delivering Enterprise Data and Analytics Service (EDAS) projects. This role will play a vital part in ensuring the successful delivery of projects.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive project support services to the project team, including coordination of meetings, risk and issues maintenance, reports, briefings, presentations, and high-quality records management structures.
  • Facilitate project resources to deliver assigned project tasks, including analysing project data and developing recommendations to ensure project deliverables are met.
  • Develop and maintain effective internal and external stakeholder relationships, including with key project stakeholders.
  • Support the creation and maintenance of Confluence, Azure DevOps, and EDAS project team spaces.
  • Manage project artefacts, prepare project scopes and briefs, and contribute project expertise to complex projects.
  • Assist in facilitating project team SCRUM ceremonies, daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint review, and sprint retrospective meetings.
  • Maintain the EDAS backlog, sprint backlog, and other Scrum artifacts, ensuring they are up-to-date and reflect the status of the project.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrate solid understanding of ICT Project Management methodologies, including SCRUM, Agile, and Waterfall.
  • Establish and maintain stakeholder relationships through effective communication, negotiation, and issues management to engage stakeholders and ensure project deliverables are met.
  • Coordinate and schedule project team delivery, assigning responsibilities, and running schedules and resources to ensure timely completion of projects using Scrum, DevOps, and project management methods and tools.
  • Experience or exposure to Enterprise Data roles would be beneficial but not essential.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 3 years' experience coordinating IT project activities at a program level, with experience in data or software environments a bonus.
  • Project experience and exposure to delivering projects using SCRUM, Agile, and Waterfall.
  • Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships at all levels and across all disciplines, and especially with key project stakeholders to minimise potential disruptions to the business.
  • To be a team player and able to work collaboratively with and through others, with an ability to build consensus.
