Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Mine Controller to join our Integrated Operations Centre Autonomous Haulage Front Runner (AH) team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the effective operation of our Autonomous fleet management system, enabling us to achieve production targets.

You will work closely with our AH Control Supervisor to safely execute the daily operations plan, optimizing truck fleet utilization and ensuring compliance with scheduling and operating philosophies. Your ability to motivate a culture that seeks continuous improvement and cost benefits will be essential to our success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Understand site Safety Systems and their link to health and safety
  • Manage the fleet effectively and efficiently
  • Maximize compliance to operational plan
  • Promote positive relationships through effective communication and consultation
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Identify system and operational process improvements in the use of the fleet management system
Requirements
  • Previous Mine Control experience required as either a Mine Controller or Dispatch Operator
  • Prior experience with Modular DispatchTM or FrontrunnerTM systems will be highly regarded
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Collaborative, coaching, and influencing skills
  • A high level of computer literacy and excellent verbal communication skills
