Motto Motto was born out of the kitchen of one of Australia's most awarded Japanese restaurants, Sono.

We take the best parts of traditional Japanese fine dining and reimagine them in a casual, contemporary restaurant environment to deliver a truly unique food experience.

**What's Next?**

Our roles are part-time and casual. We're a hospitality business, so you need to be available for a mixture of shifts during the week and on the weekends. You will be offered the role on the assumption you qualify to commence a Traineeship. Depending on your performance, full-time opportunity will be offered to the right person.
