Key Responsibilities:
  • Mechanical engineering design for dam operations and equipment integration
  • Inspection, investigation, and condition assessment of existing dams
  • Construction support services, including inspection of works and evaluation of quality control and quality assurance data
  • Preparation of tenders and proposals and providing mentoring
Requirements:
  • Demonstrated capability in mechanical design, including the preparation of design reports, design drawings, and specifications, ideally within the dam industry
  • Positive attitude and ability to see challenges as opportunities to innovate, collaborate, and grow
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to develop and nurture relationships with internal stakeholders, clients, and local industry
  • Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline (essential)
