We are seeking a dedicated and solution-focused leader to oversee the delivery of high-quality services to our clients.
Job Description:
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of practitioners, ensuring excellent client care, and contributing to the organisation's leadership.
Responsibilities:
- Provide solution-focused leadership and contribute to the organisation's leadership
- Ensure data integrity and availability to clients
- Develop a supportive working environment and implement quality improvement processes
- Recruit and establish new staff and provide strength-based supervision
- Implement monitoring, evaluation, and accountability governance
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in social work, counselling, or psychology
- Recent clinical experience in domestic violence practice
- Proven experience in healthcare administration or operations management
- Effective leadership, communication, collaboration, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
- Stakeholder management and customer service skills
