Job Title: Maintenance Handyperson

This role is ideal for a skilled and versatile individual with experience in maintenance, gardening and driving duties. As a Maintenance/Handyperson, you will play a vital role in ensuring the comfort and safety of our residents.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Assist with general property maintenance, including cleaning and securing equipment
  • Manage refuse disposal by loading, positioning and cleaning bins
  • Maintain schedules for routine checks and tasks
  • Perform driving duties for company vehicles as required
  • Undertake courier and delivery duties as needed
  • Liaise with the gardening team as necessary

Key Qualifications:

  • A Certificate III or equivalent experience in a related field (desired)
  • Relevant experience in gardening duties and ground maintenance
  • Current Police Screening Certificate
  • Current First Aid & CPR Certificates
  • Demonstrated experience in stock management
  • Good computer and mobile device skills
