Job Title: Customer Service Lead

As a Customer Service Lead, you'll play a key role in helping pet parents make informed choices for their furry friends, offering expert guidance on health, nutrition, and wellness products.

  • Provide support to the store management team to ensure exceptional customer service
  • Offer knowledgeable advice on pet wellness products, addressing customer queries and concerns
  • Build strong relationships with customers, providing warm and genuine service
  • Train and mentor store staff to deliver excellent customer experiences and meet business objectives
  • Maintain a well-organized store environment and ensure shelves are adequately stocked (some heavy lifting required)

About You:
