Mental Health Support Services Manager

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Team Leader to join our mental health team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for demonstrating organisational and leadership skills in the coordination of services to assist our service users.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop, lead, and empower a team of recovery-focused support workers;
- Champion the creation, implementation, and monitoring of personalised support and care plans;
- Deliver services through a support worker whose skills and interests closely match those of the client where possible;

This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about making a difference in mental health support and has excellent leadership and communication skills.
