The Role

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic WHS Graduate to join our team. As a WHS Graduate, you will play a crucial role in supporting our Workplace Health and Safety Advisors and interacting with various project team members across the business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Engage in site activities to gain an understanding of work processes and safety requirements
  • Assist in site safety inspections to ensure project activities are done in line with legislation, policies, and procedures
  • Implement WHS strategies and initiatives
  • Document and assist in WHS investigations and incidents
  • Assist in conducting WHS Audits and reporting on findings
Essential Skills and Attributes
  • Bachelor of OHS, Diploma in WHS, Certificate IV in WHS, or genuine interest in joining
  • Motivated self-starter with excellent communication skills
  • Proficient in the use of the Microsoft Office suite and adept at learning new IT systems
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment medical examination
