Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Lead to oversee the development of a landmark commercial project in Ellenbrook. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing site operations, subcontractors, trades, and suppliers to ensure timely completion and high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all site operations from groundworks to completion
  • Manage subcontractors, trades, and suppliers to achieve key milestones
  • Drive compliance with workplace health and safety (WHS) regulations, quality assurance, and strong site presentation
  • Work closely with the project manager and commercial teams for smooth delivery
  • Proactively resolve on-site challenges to maintain program and budget

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have proven experience as a Site Manager or equivalent role on tilt-up builds valued at $10M+. They will possess strong leadership skills, excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities. Additionally, they will have Perth-based construction experience with full Australian working rights.
