Skechers and Dr. Martens Customer Relationship Manager

The Customer Relationship Manager will lead the strategy and execution of customer relationship management initiatives to drive engagement, retention, and lifetime value for Skechers and Dr. Martens.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute targeted campaigns to drive customer engagement and retention
- Manage the development of lifecycle marketing journeys, including welcome and onboarding sequences, re-engagement campaigns, and loyalty program communications
- Partner with stakeholders to evolve program benefits, promotions, and engagement strategies
- Ensure compliance with data governance best practices, safeguarding customer data and protecting brand reputation
Requirements:
- 5+ years' experience in CRM, loyalty, or retention marketing
- Proven track record of delivering measurable growth in customer engagement and retention
- Strong data analysis skills, with experience using CRM, ESP, and analytics platforms
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to lead and motivate teams, with demonstrated experience collaborating cross-functionally
