Customer Relationship Manager - Skechers & Dr. Martens

The Customer Relationship Manager will lead the strategy and execution of customer relationship management initiatives to drive engagement, retention, and lifetime value for Skechers and Dr. Martens.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute targeted campaigns to drive customer engagement and retention
  • Manage the development of lifecycle marketing journeys, including welcome and onboarding sequences, re-engagement campaigns, and loyalty program communications
  • Partner with stakeholders to evolve program benefits, promotions, and engagement strategies
  • Ensure compliance with data governance best practices, safeguarding customer data and protecting brand reputation

Requirements:
  • 5+ years' experience in CRM, loyalty, or retention marketing
  • Proven track record of delivering measurable growth in customer engagement and retention
  • Strong data analysis skills, with experience using CRM, ESP, and analytics platforms
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Ability to lead and motivate teams, with demonstrated experience collaborating cross-functionally
