Production Planning Expert

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our operations team in the capacity of Production Planner. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in achieving business objectives through effective planning and coordination.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain daily production plans to meet business targets and support supply chain requirements
  • Collaborate with production supervisors, managers, and supply planners to ensure seamless execution of production schedules
  • Monitor and analyze inventory levels, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing changes to optimize stock policy and reduce costs associated with excess stock
  • Communicate forecast accuracy issues and request information from sales teams
  • Conduct meat and dry goods availability analyses to inform daily production decisions
Requirements
  • Experience working in a manufacturing or FMCG environment
  • Strong understanding of budgeting and forecasting principles
  • Proven process improvement and change management skills
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills, with ability to work well under pressure
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Favorable Skills
  • Experience with MS Office, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook
  • Ability to interface with all levels of management and stakeholders
  • Cultural awareness and sensitivity, with good judgment and problem-solving ability
