Job Opportunity for Employment Law Specialist

About the Role

This employment law specialist role is pivotal to our organization and offers a broad mix of work including:

  • Advising on employment contracts and restraints of trade
  • Representing us in employment matters before tribunals and courts
  • Advising on workplace investigations, restructures, and redundancies
  • Drafting and reviewing commercial contracts

The successful candidate will have at least 5 years' experience as an employment lawyer and be able to effectively engage with stakeholders at all organizational levels.

We are looking for a commercially aware and pragmatic candidate who can contribute to a supportive team culture.

Key Responsibilities

This role involves:

  • Providing advice on employment contracts and restraints of trade
  • Representing us in employment matters before tribunals and courts
  • Investigating workplace issues and advising on restructuring and redundancy
  • Drafting and reviewing commercial contracts
Requirements

To be successful in this role you will need:

  • A minimum of 5 years' experience as an employment lawyer
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
