Administrative Support for HR

We are looking for a talented and motivated HR Administrator to join our team at Vantage Markets in Sydney or Melbourne (Hybrid).
Job DescriptionThe successful candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, and 1-3 years of experience in HR support, employee relations, or administrative HR functions.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain a thorough understanding of HR policies and procedures.
- Provide technical assistance on HR-related issues to program and operations staff under the guidance of the Head of HR.
- Manage the HR mailbox and support line, ensuring timely responses and escalating when necessary.
- Support the HR team throughout the employee lifecycle, with a focus on pre-employment, onboarding, and offboarding.
- Participate in recruitment: post positions, review CVs, conduct interviews, perform reference checks, extend job offers, lead orientations, and manage travel arrangements.
- Ensure effective orientation for all new staff, providing follow-up field visits for additional support and collaborating with other departments for an engaging and welcoming experience.
- Maintain accurate HR records, trackers, and filing systems.
- Coordinate company events, workshops, training sessions, and seminars related to people and culture.
- Advise employees on exit management processes and ensure proper documentation for exiting employees.
