- Previous experience in HR, administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR software/tools.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with employees at all levels.
- Knowledge of HR best practices, policies, and employment laws is a plus.
