Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversight of daily operations across Western Australia
  • Leadership and development of a high-performing team
  • Client goal achievement through personalised plans
  • Collaboration with internal teams and external partners
  • Support for care plan development and review
  • Compliance with policies, procedures, and legislative requirements

What We're Looking For:

  • Proven leadership experience in community services or disability
  • Qualifications in Community Services, Management, Business, or related fields
  • A passion for delivering person-centred, high-quality support
  • Strong team-building skills and a track record of developing high-performing teams
