About the Opportunity:

The Role:

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Senior Dispute Resolution Specialist to join our team in Sydney. This role will involve working on a range of complex disputes, including general commercial litigation, construction litigation, class actions, and financial services litigation.

You will work closely with senior partners and have the opportunity to work on cross-national and cross-border disputes, advising high-profile clients across various industry sectors.

Our team has a proven track record of acting for leading companies on their most significant disputes and investigations. We operate seamlessly across geographic boundaries, working in national courts, international arbitrations, or before specialist tribunals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • 5+ years' experience in dispute resolution gained within a top-tier or mid-tier firm, or in-house.
  • Excellent drafting and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • A commercial approach and ability to articulate and negotiate effectively.
  • Strong attention to detail with well-developed analytical skills.
  • Ability to be team-focused, provide leadership and mentoring to juniors while also working independently.
