As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for owning and growing the NSW territory. This is an end-to-end 360 sales role, where you will report directly to the CEO and work closely with the marketing team to generate leads and close deals.

Key Performance Indicators
  • NSW territory ownership
  • Acquire new business and manage accounts
  • Prospecting, marketing campaigns, and identifying potential buyers in market
  • Book meetings, run discovery calls, deliver software demos with product team
  • Match product features, benefits, and close deals
  • Follow up on leads, objection handle, and close out leads
  • Identify opportunities to up and cross-sell features
  • Maintain healthy sales pipeline of current and future business
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proven commercial outbound sales or business development experience
  • Enterprise or mid-market experience ideal
  • Experience across the full sales process from prospecting to close of sale and account management
  • Experience with business development tools (Apollo, Lusha, Mailchimp, etc)
  • Experience working with marketing to generate leads, organise or attend events
  • Software or SAAS sales experience (highly desirable)
