We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Full Time Chef to join our dynamic kitchen team at Andonis Cafe & Bar. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking high-quality dishes with fresh, local ingredients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement innovative menu ideas that showcase our commitment to using only the freshest ingredients.
  • Manage food ordering and stock inventory to ensure sustainability and minimize waste.
  • Collaborate with the team to provide exceptional dining experiences that exceed our customers' expectations.
  • Uphold the highest standards of food hygiene, safety, and cleanliness in our kitchen.

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of experience in a professional kitchen environment.
  • A culinary arts qualification is preferred.
  • Proficiency in a variety of cooking techniques and cuisines.
  • Strong understanding of food safety regulations.
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure.
  • Excellent communication and team management skills.

What We Offer:

We offer a competitive base salary ranging between $70,000 - $80,000pa and depending on experience. At Andonis Cafe & Bar, we believe our staff is our greatest asset, and we are committed to providing a supportive work environment where you can hone your skills and advance your career.
