Job Summary

We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chef de Partie to join our team at The Sporting Globe. As a key member of our kitchen team, you'll be responsible for ensuring that all meals are cooked to the highest standard, served on time, and meet our venue's recipe and plating guidelines.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage kitchen operations, including staff allocation, section management, and general kitchen duties.
  • Maintain a safe and hygienic kitchen environment, adhering to all food preparation and cleanliness guidelines.
  • Participate in menu planning, preparation, cooking, and presentation of all menu items, with attention to detail and adherence to standards.
  • Clean and organize the kitchen and stock holding areas.
  • Ensure staff are following kitchen cleaning systems and maintaining a high level of cleanliness.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a similar role, with a strong background in kitchen operations and management.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and train staff.
  • Strong attention to detail, with a focus on quality and consistency.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of energy and enthusiasm.
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends.
