Senior Financial Analyst

This is a key role in our organization, requiring an experienced accounting professional to oversee day-to-day financial operations and reporting. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills and attention to detail.
- Maintain accurate and timely financial records for multiple entities.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.
- Monitor and analyze all general ledger accounts to determine necessary accruals or other adjusting journal entries.
- Responsible for all AP & AR functions, including processing invoices, bills, checks, and deposits.
The successful candidate will have experience in real estate accounting and be proficient in accounting software. A CPA certification is preferred but not required. The position requires strong organizational skills and excellent communication abilities for collaborating with internal teams and external partners.
Required Qualifications & Skills- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field;
- 4+ years of accounting experience, preferably in real estate or private equity;
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Yardi, AppFolio);
- Strong knowledge of US GAAP standards;
- Excellent communication skills for collaborating with internal teams and external partners.

This role is a mid-senior level position and requires full-time employment. The salary range is between $120,000 and $150,000 per year.
