Cabinet Designer and Craftsman

We are seeking an experienced cabinet maker to create high-quality products, including kitchens, wardrobes and custom work. This is a full-time position available for individuals with a passion for building.
Key Responsibilities:
- Making cabinets on-site and in the workshop
- Using hand tools and power tools to produce exceptional quality
- Operating the CNC woodworking machine for precise cuts
- Reading and interpreting builders' plans and shop drawings for accuracy
- Working from start to finish on projects, ensuring timely delivery and excellent quality
Desirable Skills and Qualifications:
- Excellent attention to detail and quality standards
- Previous experience using a panel saw is highly preferred
- Able to work well as part of a team and manage others
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Supervising apprentices for their growth and development
- Proficient computer skills for efficient communication and task management
- A strong commitment to workplace safety and industry standards
