Cabinet Maker Job Description

We are seeking an experienced cabinet maker to create high-quality products, including kitchens, wardrobes and custom work. This is a full-time position available for individuals with a passion for building.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Making cabinets on-site and in the workshop
  • Using hand tools and power tools to produce exceptional quality
  • Operating the CNC woodworking machine for precise cuts
  • Reading and interpreting builders' plans and shop drawings for accuracy
  • Working from start to finish on projects, ensuring timely delivery and excellent quality

Desirable Skills and Qualifications:

  • Excellent attention to detail and quality standards
  • Previous experience using a panel saw is highly preferred
  • Able to work well as part of a team and manage others
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently
  • Supervising apprentices for their growth and development
  • Proficient computer skills for efficient communication and task management
  • A strong commitment to workplace safety and industry standards
