Retail Customer Service Representative

This is a 6-month casual contract with potential opportunity for extension or permanency. As a Retail Customer Service Representative, you will play a pivotal role in providing excellent service to our retail customers.
Your Key Responsibilities- Accurately process retail customer orders via phone and email
- Confidently and respectfully respond to order-related enquiries via email and phone, in a timely manner
- Develop an in-depth knowledge of The Perth Mint products to provide customers with accurate and detailed information
- Monitor order progress by ensuring payments are received, orders dispatched within appropriate timeframes, tracking shipments, processing returns and refunds, and collaborating with internal teams
- Handle and record customer feedback to improve products, services, and overall customer experience
- Strong Organisational and Communication Skills: Ability to multitask and communicate effectively with colleagues and customers
- Excellent Attention to Detail: Ensure accuracy and efficiency in all tasks
- Customer-Focused Mindset: Dedicated to providing high-quality service and building strong relationships with customers
- Proactive Problem-Solver: Ability to handle and resolve issues independently
